Refund Policy – LaunchStack

LaunchStack provides professional web design, development, optimization, and digital services under agreed-upon terms. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, all service fees, project deposits, and consultation charges are non-refundable once work has begun or access to deliverables, files, or resources has been provided.

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us at info@launchstack.design with details of your concern. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved solely at the discretion of LaunchStack.

We reserve the right to update service pricing, packages, or related fees at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will apply only to future projects or billing cycles and will not affect amounts that have already been invoiced or paid.

If your services are suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions or contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of your service.

Additionally, LaunchStack does not provide compensation, refunds, or reimbursements for delays, scope changes, modifications, or discontinuation of services unless explicitly outlined in a written agreement signed by both parties.
