Cancellation Policy – LaunchStack

You may cancel a scheduled project, service package, or recurring support or maintenance plan by providing written notice before work begins, before a scheduled launch date, or prior to your next billing/renewal date. Cancellations made after work has started — or too close to the scheduled start date — may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your proposal or service agreement.

If your access to LaunchStack services is terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or breach of contract, no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the service.

Upon cancellation or termination, associated project files, data, or account records may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to save or request any important materials (including invoices, reports, website files, or design assets) before cancellation is finalized.

LaunchStack reserves the right to adjust, pause, or discontinue any service, package, or pricing at its discretion, with or without prior notice. Refunds in these situations will only be provided if explicitly stated in a signed written agreement.
